An important claim needs evidence you can read.
A certificate is not a decorative badge. It should state who issued it, what it verifies, which system it applies to and where its limits lie.

A mark alone is not enough.
KAGER publicly references certificates and supporting documents relating to materials, production, structures and individual markets. Their value lies in their specific scope, not in the number of logos.
For each document, we therefore distinguish whether it demonstrates a property of a build-up, material origin, production control, membership or compliance in a particular market.
Certificates, marks and memberships
The marking relates to the declared performance of the product and the accompanying technical documentation. Its scope must be checked in the specific document.
The certificate and chain of custody relate to the origin of the timber and traceability within a defined scope.
An Italian reliability scheme for timber construction companies; its applicability and benefits depend on the conditions in that market.
KAGER associates it with checks on materials, production and assembly within the framework of Bundes-Gütegemeinschaft Montagebau und Fertighäuser.
The technical documentation relates to requirements for timber structures. The current version and scope of application must be checked for the project.
KAGER is a member of the Section of Slovenian Manufacturers of Prefabricated Timber Houses.

Evidence is only as specific as its defined scope.
A document for one wall build-up does not automatically demonstrate the properties of every home. A test result for a particular specimen is not a universal value for every construction.
When making a technical decision, we therefore always check the system, build-up, version, date and intended use of the document.
Checks and additional supporting documents
KAGER production is subject to checks under the Bundes-Gütegemeinschaft quality protocol.
KAGER references supporting documentation from Holzforschung Austria for the fire resistance of certain timber structures.
When using a document, we check its issue date, revision and any expiry date.
It must be clear whether the evidence applies to a material, build-up, production process, organisation or a specific market.
The organisation's full name and role matter more than the mark on the cover alone.
The specialist team matches the selected system and build-up with the appropriate current documentation.
Do you need supporting documentation for a specific system or project?
Tell us which system, build-up, market or purpose you need the document for. That allows us to provide the right version, rather than just a generic mark.
