Timber-and-glass villas win prestigious Ukrainian Building Awards

Kager timber-and-glass villas impress the world of architecture

Recognition for the highest standards of contemporary architecture and design

We are immensely proud to announce that our two timber-and-glass villas, created in collaboration with architect Irina Karlikova, have received prestigious prizes at the annual Ukrainian Building Awards in 2021 and 2024.

The Ukrainian Building Awards are among Ukraine’s most prestigious architectural events, recognising outstanding achievements in architecture, construction and design. The event brings together more than 500 leading architects, designers and developers whose projects redefine the standards of contemporary construction and spatial design. By recognising advanced technologies, sustainable solutions and aesthetic excellence, it supports the development of the industry both nationally and internationally.

Best Home Interior of 2024

Recognition for interior design featuring hand-finished timber

Our timber-and-glass villa, known as the Vita Nova Forest House, received the prestigious award for Best Home Interior at this year’s Ukrainian Building Awards. The villa combines contemporary architecture with natural materials, with hand-finished timber playing a key role in the interior design. Thanks to its precise craftsmanship and aesthetic refinement, the exposed timber structure becomes the focal point of the décor, creating warmth and elegance throughout the space.
