Complete turnkey delivery with flooring and sanitary fittings

Complete turnkey delivery by KAGER

A comprehensive service that also includes sanitary fittings and flooring

We are delighted that we can finally offer you something you have wanted for a long time!

You have often asked whether we could also take care of the final finishing work as part of the build: installing sanitary fittings and flooring. These works form part of complete turnkey delivery, which extends beyond KAGER final fit-out. KAGER final fit-out itself excludes final floor coverings, tiles and sanitary fittings. We generally offer complete turnkey delivery in Slovenia and Croatia. For other countries, the scope and price are assessed individually for each project.

The complete turnkey delivery now includes:

• Installation of plasterboard on exterior and interior walls and on ceiling and roof structures.

• Interior painting and decorating: taping joints, skim coating, installing expansion profiles between timber elements and linings, applying two coats of paint to walls and ceilings, and finishing all visible interior timber elements.

• Final installation of electrical fittings, including all selected switches and sockets.

• Installation of the finished interior staircase and balustrade.

• Installation of the selected interior doors.

• Installation of floor finishes (parquet, ceramic tiles, etc.).

• Installation of sanitary fittings.

Why choose complete turnkey delivery?

Outstanding execution, financial transparency and warranty

Complete turnkey delivery extends KAGER final fit-out to include parquet, tiles and sanitary fittings. The quotation and contract for each project specify the chosen materials, fittings, quantities and exact scope of included work.

We know your time is valuable, so we want to reduce the need to search for additional contractors and provide a faster, simpler route to moving in. Financial transparency is also assured because the full cost is known in advance, reducing the risk of unexpected expenses. At the same time, we maintain our high standards by ensuring that finishing work such as sanitary fittings and flooring meets the exceptional standard of execution you expect from us. In this way, we remain your reliable partner throughout the construction process, while you can focus with complete peace of mind on creating a home where you will truly feel comfortable.

By choosing a turnkey house, you save time, worry and energy and can prepare for moving into your new home without stress.
